License requiredvia Ministry of Climate (formerly Ministry of the Environment) / Environmental Board (Keskkonnaamet)

Pay via mobile (SMS to 1322), online at pilet.ee, or in person at Omniva service points. Proof of right is shown by an identity document to inspectors. Fishing cards (Kuremaa/Saadjärv) are issued by the Environmental Board via pilet.ee.
