What this zone is

Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Black Sea coast of Georgia (general territorial waters, outside protected areas and closed zones).

Note that Resolution No. 423/2013 Art. 4(3) exempts amateur and sport fishing from the Black Sea closed-season prohibition; species-level bans (Art. 5) still apply.
