Overview
How spearfishing is treated at British Gibraltar Territorial Waters (BGTW) - marine nature area.
Underwater fishing with or without a weapon is permitted across the marine nature area within BGTW under a valid Class C permit, except in the prohibited Marine Conservation Zone hatched areas and subject to the seasonal beach limits, night-fishing ban, scuba ban and catch limits.
