Overview
How spearfishing is treated at River mouths, dams, sluices and bridges (buffer zones).
Banned within 100 m either side of and into the water body at river/canal mouths, 150 m upstream, and 150 m either side of dams, sluices and bridges (point 16(2)); also in melioration/sluice canals (point 16(3)) and at fish concentration sites, migration paths and spawning grounds (point 16(4)).
