Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Mozambique jurisdictional waters (general).
Recreational and sport fishing, including spearfishing, is permitted throughout national jurisdictional waters except in the zones excluded by Artigo 27 and inside conservation-area no-take zones.

Submitted to the provincial body responsible for fisheries management (or delegated entity / Maritime Office). Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. May be issued electronically.
