How spearfishing is treated at TB2 to TB3 beacons (Terrace Bay - Torra Bay).

Recreational harvesting prohibited within 2 nautical miles seaward of the high-water line from beacon TB2 (20 deg 08.082 min S, approx. 25 km south of Terrace Bay) to beacon TB3 (20 deg 10.553 min S, approx. 10 km north of Torra Bay). Reg 10(1)(b).

Obtainable from any Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources office along the coast - Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Luederitz, and the Ministry head office in Windhoek - or from the Henties Bay fishing centre / police station. An Identity Card or Passport is required; minors need a birth certificate and passport photos.
