Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Malolotja Nature Reserve.

Protected nature reserve (managed by the Eswatini National Trust Commission) with indigenous-fish rivers; fishing within protected/conservation areas is restricted. The Fisheries and Aquaculture Act 2019 s.18 empowers the Minister to declare fisheries protected areas where fishing is prohibited without specific permission.
