Recreational licenses obtained online via GoOutdoors USVI (www.gooutdoorsusvi.com). Recreational licensing rules were signed October 7, 2022; enforcement scheduled to begin mid-2026. Commercial licenses via DPNR Division of Fish & Wildlife limited-entry application.
