How spearfishing is treated at Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument (St. John).

All fishing is prohibited (36 CFR 7.46), with narrow NPS-permitted exceptions for baitfishing in Hurricane Hole and blue runner fishing near Cabritte Horn Point. Spearfishing prohibited.
