Zimbabwe · Spearfishing zone
Waters within national parks and the Parks and Wild Life Estate
What this zone is
Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Waters within national parks and the Parks and Wild Life Estate.
Within the Parks and Wild Life Estate (national parks, safari areas, recreational parks, sanctuaries, etc.) fishing is permitted only under a fishing permit or block fishing permit, and gear may be restricted to rod/hand line unless otherwise authorized. Stricter rules and zone closures apply inside national parks, so spearfishing is generally not freely permitted there without specific authorization.
